Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Sales consultant to join our team in Shanghai. This is a fast paced, results driven environment, with excellent opportunities to develop your skills and play your part in sustaining and growing our Business.

The key duties are as follows:
  • Provide exceptional effort in collecting related business information, speaking with potential customers and build connections
  • Maintain and manage accurate customer data by ensuring the customers true value, consistently deliver great service and sales results
  • Provide quality finance leads and relevant product quotes for new & existing customers with tailored business plan
  • Making outbound calls and following up leads.

Requirements:

  • College graduated with previous sales experience
  • Financial services knowledge- ideally experience within Forex
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and effectively leading your team on a day-to-day basis
  • Driving performance and success by empowering cross functional teams to work collaboratively to deliver results by using Internet, social media, QQ or Wechat experience.
  • Supporting effective benchmarks and performance indicators to deliver quality and efficient customer services in Finance and Forex

Requirements:

  • University graduated (Diploma) with 3 years plus previous sales experience in Finance and Forex
  • Proven experience with customer data base preferred
  • Sound operational management ability with a deep focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Working experience and basic knowledge in Forex, Security, Oil, Goods, Metal or Shares
  • A passion for building lasting customer relationships, extremely organized and self-motivated
  • Strong business acumen and a keen understanding of the key motivators for forex markets and acres
